The wine was fermented and aged on the skins in Qvevri, following the 8,000-year-old Georgian traditional method.
Rkatsiteli makes a noticeably acidic, balanced white wine with spicy and floral notes in the aroma The wine is recommended to pair with grilled pork, lamb and aged cheese platter.
Best served at between 8°C and 10°C.
It has 18% sugar and 5-6% acidity
Alc. 13.5% Vol.
Store at between +5°C and +16°C
